[Bespoke Tour] From Mountain to Table: Wild Mushroom Foraging & Hands-on Cooking Experience

This exclusive tour offered guests the rare opportunity to forage for wild mushrooms in privately owned mountain areas, where access is normally restricted. Participants then joined a hands-on cooking session to prepare and enjoy the freshly picked mushrooms.

 

 

The program was conducted in collaboration with a great chef Anita Lo, an American chef and restaurateur. In 2001, she was named by Food & Wine magazine one of ten “Best New Chefs in America”.
